In December 2018, the Port of Antwerp looked back at a record year. And the organisation primarily had its staff to thank for that.
So we brought their traditional New Year’s message to the intimacy of their living rooms with a celebratory video.
At the end of every year, the Port of Antwerp thanks its staff, customers, local residents… in short, the entire port community. Because it is people that make the port what it is, we didn’t just give the mic to the port’s senior managers at the close of 2018: outgoing port alderman Marc Van Peel, CEO Jacques Vandermeiren, as well as the rest of the port team, were all represented in an eternal toast.
make sense not only thought up the concept, but also took care of directing the video, English subtitling and dissemination to stakeholders. We sent out a New Year’s email, designed a festive email signature and shared the video message on a temporary landing page. Everyone enjoyed the port’s good wishes. ‘Cheers! Another top up, anyone?’
